VIP Reservation Program

The Purpose

  • The VIP Reservation Program has been established to reward those potential buyers willing to seriously consider The Waverly with a defined and fair process.
  • The VIP Reservation Program will allocate the selection opportunities on a “first come, first served basis”. The sooner you become enrolled in the program, the greater are the selection and pricing opportunities available to you.
  • The community will be offered in Releases.
  • A limited number of residences will be offered in each Release.
  • A limited number of floor plan opportunities will be offered in each Release.

The Initial Offering Features

  • Outstanding location of the community.
  • Unique design of the community.
  • The first release of The Waverly will offer Building II with up to 33 residences offering several spacious floor plans.
  • The building will have 5 levels of residences over a controlled-access parking level.
  • Each residential floor level and residences will offer dramatic views.
  • The building will offer several types of spacious floor plans from 1,200 sq. ft. up to 4,500 sq. ft.
  • Each residence will have extraordinary features in the standard offering.
  • The first three residential levels will have 10’ floor to ceiling heights.
  • The upper two levels will have additional Penthouse features including 12’ floor-to-ceiling height.
  • Each residence will have two assigned parking garage spaces plus garage storage.
  • Membership to some of the area’s most prestigious private clubs will be available to residents.
  • Each residence will be exceptional and each home will be exceptionally priced

The “VIP Reservation” Process

  • If you have a serious interest in becoming a resident of The Waverly, the first step in the process is to complete a VIP Reservation Agreement which provides some general information about both you and the type of residence you are interested in purchasing.
  • The second step of the VIP Reservation Agreement is to provide a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit will be placed in a non-interest bearing third-party escrow account and returned to you at any time prior to the contract execution FOR ANY REASON at your written request to The Waverly. Any returned deposit will void the VIP Reservation Agreement and cause the loss of the assigned VIP Reservation Number.
  • The third step in the process is for The Waverly, having reviewed the VIP Reservation Agreement and received the VIP Reservation Deposit, to assign a unique sequential VIP Reservation Number to the VIP Reservation based on the time of completion of all aspects of the VIP Reservation Agreement and receipt of the VIP Reservation Deposit.
  • VIP Reservation Holders will be given periodic updates and information regarding The Waverly, including final floorplans and price ranges of the residences.
  • As pricing becomes finalized, but prior to any residences being offered to the general public, each holder of a VIP Reservation Agreement and VIP Reservation Number will be given the opportunity to select a specific residence from the available offered inventory at a private meeting with other VIP Reservation Holders.
  • The order of selection will be sequential based solely on the VIP Reservation Number, starting with the lowest VIP Reservation number.
  • Each VIP Reservation Holder will be given a fixed amount of time to complete their selection prior the next VIP Reservation Number being allowed any selection.
  • If the buyer is unable to select a residence within the time allowed for them under the VIP Reservation process, they may still do so but subject to any selections made by other holders of VIP Reservation Numbers that have been allowed to select as part of the normal priority selection process.
  • After all of the VIP Reservation Holders have had an opportunity to select their residences, all remaining units will be offered to the general public on a “first come, first served basis” and the VIP Reservation process will conclude for that Release.
  • If you choose not to purchase a unit in the current release, your VIP Reservation Number may be utilized in the next release.

How to start the “VIP Reservation” Process

  • Go to The Waverly website, www.TheWaverlyDeerwood.com or stop by The Waverly Sales Center and provide your contact and other requested information.
  • Our Sales Representatives will be glad to answer any questions you have and will contact you to provide information about the project. He/She will keep you fully informed as additional information becomes available.
  • Once you are comfortable that this is something you would be interested in exploring further and wish to preserve a high selection opportunity then you can complete the VIP Reservation Agreement at any time.
  • Once the VIP Reservation Agreement is completed and the VIP Reservation Deposit provided then, within one business day, a VIP Reservation Number will be assigned to your VIP Reservation Agreement and you will be provided with a Certificate indicating your VIP Reservation Number.
  • As the community development progresses, The Waverly will schedule a date and time for each VIP Reservation Holder to make their selection at a private meeting with other VIP Reservation Holders.
  • On execution of a Purchase Contract, the VIP Reservation Deposit can be used as part of the Contract Deposit or returned to the buyer.
